Yamsquad policies
Terms and Conditions
Terms of use for Yamsquad Limited’s website, app, coaching, training plans and related services.
Effective date: 24 September 2026
1. Using Yamsquad
These terms govern your use of yamsquad.com, the Yamsquad app, and products or services supplied by Yamsquad Limited. By using or purchasing them, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure and tell us if your details change. You must be 18 or have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Intellectual property and acceptable use
The website, app, training plans, text, images, video, tools and other Yamsquad content belong to Yamsquad Limited or the relevant rights holder. They are protected by intellectual-property law.
- You may view and use content for your own personal, non-commercial training
- You must not reproduce, sell, distribute or commercially exploit it without written permission
- A product, plan or account is for the original purchaser unless Yamsquad gives written permission
- You must not damage or disrupt the service, access another person’s data, upload unlawful material, or copy protected content without permission
3. Training and medical responsibility
Exercise carries risk, even for healthy people. Seek appropriate medical advice before starting a diet or exercise programme, particularly if you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant or have concerns about your health.
Yamsquad provides fitness guidance, training plans and coaching opinion. It does not provide medical diagnosis, physiotherapy or treatment. A training plan is prepared from the information you provide, and you are responsible for making that information accurate and telling us about relevant health issues.
- Use your own judgement before acting on training guidance
- Stop training and seek medical advice if you experience pain, dizziness or adverse symptoms
- Form-check feedback is educational and does not replace an in-person medical or biomechanical assessment
- You voluntarily accept the ordinary risks of participating in training
4. Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
Monthly coached training plans require a minimum commitment of three months. After that period, you can cancel through your account or by contacting Yamsquad. Your service continues until the end of the paid billing period and will not renew.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Yamsquad does not provide refunds for products or services already supplied, except where required by law. We may change subscription prices by giving at least one month’s notice.
5. Your content, saved sessions and connected services
You keep ownership of content you upload, including training records, videos, photos and notes. You give Yamsquad permission to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload it.
The app keeps planned and completed session data so you and Cam can use your calendar, training history and progress tools. You can request a copy or deletion as explained in the Privacy Policy. Removing records may affect progress analysis and the coaching service we can provide.
The service may link to or connect with other providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. A link does not mean Yamsquad controls or endorses that service.
6. Availability and results
The website, app and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We use reasonable efforts to keep them secure and working, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may alter, suspend or discontinue part of the service.
Training results vary between individuals. Yamsquad does not guarantee a particular score, selection, race outcome or other result.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, Yamsquad Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, business loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or loss or corruption of data arising from use of the service.
We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control. You agree to take responsibility for deciding whether training is suitable for you and for using guidance in the right context.
8. Ending access
You may stop using the service and close your account. We may suspend or end access where you breach these terms or where there is another reasonable legal, safety or operational reason. Rights and obligations that by their nature continue after termination will remain in force.
9. General terms and governing law
We may update these terms and will publish the revised version. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. No third party has a right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom courts, without affecting any consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
